高速公路交通数据质量评价控制的理论模型 被引量:2

摘要 针对高速公路交通数据的缺失、偏差和错误问题,依据完整性、有效性和准确性3个宏观评价指标来实现质量评价,并利用移动平均法、指数平滑法及线性插值法3种方法实现质量控制。实测数据验证结果表明,本文提出的实验方法可实现高速公路交通数据的3个方面质量宏观评价,利用3种控制方法对高速公路交通数据进行修正,通过对比修正结果,选取最佳质量控制方法以提高效率,为实现高速公路交通数据宏观评价与控制交通数据程序化、高效化提供了一种有效途径。 Inview of the lack,deviation and error of expressway traffic data,quality evaluation was achieved based on three macro evaluation indicators of integrity,validity and accuracy,and the quality was controlled by three methods:such as moving average method,exponential smoothing method and linear interpolation method.The verification result shows that the experimental method proposed in this research can realize the quality macro evaluation of three aspects of expressway traffic data,using three control methods to correct expressway traffic data,in addition,the efficiency is improved by comparing correction results and selecting the optimum quality control method.It provides an effective way to realize the macro evaluation and control program and efficiency of expressway traffic data.
