摘要 幼儿教师有序合理的流动对教师个人专业发展、幼儿园管理水平提升以及学前教育均衡发展具有重要意义。幼儿园人员构成具有多元化特点,教师轮岗交流制度不应"一刀切",应根据普通教师、骨干教师以及管理者三类群体专业发展情况,在轮岗流动时间选择、流动方向与方式以及管理方面制定富有弹性的政策,赋予教师一定的自主选择权,推动教师自愿自觉流动,保障轮岗交流制度的实现。 The orderly and reasonable flow of preschool teachers is of great significance to teachers'personal professional development,the improvement of kindergarten management standard and the balanced development of preschool education.The personnel composition of kindergartens is characterized by diversification.Teachers'rotation system should not be "one size fits all".Flexible policies should be formulated in terms of time selection,direction and mode of transfer and management according to the professional development of three groups of ordinary teachers,backbone teachers and administrators.Teachers should be given a certain degree of autonomous choice to promote self-willing and self-voluntary flow of teachers with the realization of the rotation exchange system guaranteed.
