摘要 立式活套在连续带材生产线上具有广阔的应用,活套的张力通过卷扬电机进行调节,卷扬电机采用速度控制,卷扬电机的线速度设定值由活套入口和出口的线速度决定。活套采用直接张力控制,张力附加速度由张力控制器产生。张力前馈控制可降低活套在升降套时产生的张力波动。带钢惯量补偿可消除活套升降套过程引起的张力升高。通过上述研究,为活套动态过程产生的张力波动问题提供了解决思路。 Vertical sliding sleeve has wide application in continuous strip production line. The tension of the looper is regulated by the winch motor. Winch motor adopts speed control. The linear speed setting of the winch motor is determined by the live set of entry and exit velocity. Tension additional use direct tension control and speed is produced by the tension controller. The tension feedforward control can reduce the tension fluctuation of the looper when it is accelerate or slow down. The compensation of the inertia of the strip can eliminate the increase of tension caused by the dynamic process. Through the above research, it provides a solution to the tension fluctuation problem of the dynamic process.
