通过轧线工艺改造,对性能提升后的立辊工作环境进行了分析,找出了影响立辊正常使用的原因和导致辊耗增大的主要因素。通过对比试验,科学选择了最适合的立辊材质。

Through rolling process modification, the working environment of vertical roll with improved performance is analyzed, and the main factors affecting the normal use of vertical roll and increasing the roll consumption are found out. Through comparative test, the most suitable material for vertical roll is selected scientifically.
