摘要
板坯冷却速度直接影响其内部组织结构的形成以及内部C、H等元素的偏析程度。板坯堆垛时其内部温度变化无法测量。通过建立传热模型的方法对板坯的降温过程进行数值模拟计算,根据现场测得的板坯表面温度对边界条件进行设置,并对模拟结果进行验证。通过对模拟计算结果的分析对板坯的堆垛方式及堆垛时间参数进行优化,得出了对现场具有极大指导意义的优化方案。
The cooling rate of slab directly affects the formation of its internal structure and the segregation degree of internal C,H and other elements. In this paper, a heat transfer model is established to simulate the cooling process of slab. The boundary conditions are set according to the measured slab surface temperature, and the simulation results are verified. Through the analysis of simulation results, the stacking mode and stacking time parameters of slab are optimized, and the optimization scheme with great guiding significance to the field is obtained.
