摘要
针对"铁水预处理—转炉—精炼—连铸"工艺,结合薄板钢生产实践,系统分析了转炉吹炼过程、LF精炼过程、连铸浇注过程增氮因素。连铸保护浇注可以稳定控制增氮量低于5×10^(-6)。介绍了薄板钢生产所采取的有效措施,实现薄板钢氮含量(体积分数)稳定控制在35×10^(-6)以内。
In view of the "hot metal pretreatment-converter-refining-continuous casting" process, combined with the production practice of sheet steel, the nitrogen increasing factors in converter blowing process, LF refining process and casting process were systematically analyzed. The nitrogen increment can be controlled steadily by protective pouring in continuous casting under 5 x 10-6. The effective measures adopted in the production of sheet steel are introduced. The nitrogen content of sheet steel can be controlled within 35×10-6 stably.
