摘要
改造后的吹边装置通过控制移动块移动可实现整个带钢宽度方向的吹扫,通过控制自动阀门的开度可实现压缩空气吹扫流量的适时调整,通过热交换器对压缩空气进行加热使吹扫干燥效果更佳,通过对自动阀门的自动控制有效避免在无带钢运行时压缩空气的浪费,降低生产成本;可自动实现带钢上下表面参与漂洗的速速、彻底清除,有效避免酸洗带钢边部发黄、水边、生锈等缺陷。
The reformed edge blowing device can realize the sweeping of the whole strip width in the direction of the whole strip by controlling the movement of the moving block. By controlling the opening of the automatic valve, the flow of the compressed air can be adjusted in a timely manner. The effect of the blowing and drying is better by heating the compressed air through the heat exchanger, and the automatic control of the automatic valve is effective. In order to avoid the waste of compressed air and reduce the cost of production, it can automatically realize the rapid and thorough cleaning of the washing water on the upper and lower surfaces of the strip, and effectively avoid the defects of the edge of the pickling strip, such as yellow, water and rust.
