摘要
结合一大型高炉喷煤系统在运行过程中出现仓顶除尘器箱形体严重改变、喷吹氮气耗损量较大及喷枪软连接数次磨损等缺陷,提出优化生产工艺的建议,进而实现有效弥补设计缺陷、纠正排风不顺,降低能源消耗量,处理系统生产运营过程中存在的各类问题等多样化目标,同时协助相关企业获得更大效益。
Combining with the defects of a large blast furnace coal injection system, such as the serious change of the box shape of the top dust collector, the large consumption of nitrogen gas injected and the wear of the soft connection of the lance several times, this paper puts forward the suggestion of optimizing the production process, so as to effectively remedy the design defects, correct the bad ventilation, reduce the energy consumption, and deal with various problems existing in the production and operation of the system. At the same time, it helps related enterprises to achieve greater benefits.
