食品安全突发事件风险传导耦合机理

摘要 目的:研究食品安全突发事件风险产生的原因及其传导与耦合效应。方法:在对"康师傅馊水油"事件风险传导与耦合机制进行分析的基础上,运用耦合模型和耦合协调模型,对事件耦合效应进行测度。结果:食品安全突发事件内外因素之间具有高度耦合关系,能产生很大的社会影响力。结论:应预判风险之间的关联属性,降低"强耦合"风险因子之间的耦合程度,从源头上阻断或削弱"强耦合"风险产生的条件,建立基于信任的食品安全风险沟通机制,有助于预防与控制食品安全突发事件风险。 【Objective】To study the association between the risks of food safety emergencies leads to risk conduction and coupling.【Method】Based on the analysis of the risk conduction and coupling mechanism of“Master Kong's Gutter oil”,the coupling effect is measured by coupling and coupling coordination model.【Result】The Results showed that there was a high degree of coupling between the intrinsic and extrinsic factors of food safety emergencies,which can produce great social influence.【Conclusion】Therefore,we should accurately determine the correlation between risks,reduce the degree of coupling between the“strong coupling”risk factors,block or weaken the“strong coupling”risk from the source,and establish a trust-based food safety risk communication mechanism in the prevention and control of food safety emergencies risks.
