营养支持小组对临床维持性血液透析患者营养状况的影响

Effect of Nutritional Support on Nutritional Status of Maintenance Hemodialysis Patients

目的:研究营养支持小组对临床维持性血液透析患者一般营养状况的影响及应用价值。方法:选择武汉大学中南医院收治的进行维持性血液透析患者共180例纳入研究,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规营养支持,观察组在此基础上由专业的营养支持小组为患者提供专业化营养支持;分析两组患者的营养状况。结果:两组干预前相关指标无统计学差异,干预后观察组患者营养指标明显优于干预前和对照组干预后,差异显著(P <0. 05)。SGA评价结果显示观察组营养状况良好者比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:临床应用专业的营养支持为维持性血液透析患者提供营养支持,可改善患者营养不良情况,促进患者营养全面提升,具有积极临床意义。

【Objective】To study the value and effect of nutritional support group on nutritional status of maintenance hemodialysis patients.【Method】We chose the 180 maintenance hemodialysis patients as the study object and put them into the observation group and the control group randomly,taking care of the control group with routine nutritional support and the observation group with nutritional support by the nutritional support group.The two groups nutritional status was compared.【Result】There was no statistical difference before intervention in the two groups nutritional status,the observational group's nutritonal status was better than the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The Result of SGA in the observation group was better than the control group which has statistical difference(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Taking care the maintenance hemodialysis patients with the nutritional support group can improve the nutritional status,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
