摘要 文章以浓缩型苹果汁为应用案例,介绍了一种基于全生命周期的果汁产品碳足迹核算方法学,以及该方法学操作过程和规范,从而为产业在碳足迹实际核算过程中提供操作指导。通过量化的浓缩型苹果汁产品在全生命周期内碳排放环节,还可以为组织与个体发现碳减排机会,促进碳标识的推行。 Taking concentrated apple juice as an application case, this paper introduces a method of carbon footprint accounting of fruit juice products based on the whole life cycle, and its operation process and specifications, so as to provide operational guidance for the industry in the actual process of carbon footprint accounting. By quantifying the carbon emission of concentrated apple juice products in the whole life cycle, organizations and individuals can find opportunities to reduce carbon emissions and promote the implementation of carbon labeling.
