摘要
前排座椅侧面安全气囊对侧面碰撞过程中车内相应乘坐位置的乘员胸部和腹部的保护发挥着重要的作用。文章对某车型的前车门防撞杆结构、车门内护板扶手造型和安全带动作策略进行了优化,然后应用有限元分析软件进行分析,最终在实车上对优化方案进行碰撞验证,有效地解决了该车型侧面碰撞过程中前排假人肋骨受伤的情况,从而全面提升了该车型的侧面碰撞安全性能,为后续新车型的设计开发提供借鉴和参考。
Front seat side airbag plays an important role in protecting the chest and abdomen of passengers in the corresponding position during side impact. The structure of the front door anti-collision pole, the handrail shape of the inner guard plate and the safety driving strategy of a certain type of car were optimized. Then the finite element analysis software is applied to analyze the optimization scheme. Finally, the collision verification of the optimization scheme is carried out on the real vehicle, which effectively solves the situation of the front row dummy rib injury in the process of side collision of this type of car, thus comprehensively improves the side collision of this type of car. Safety performance provides reference for the design and development of new models.
