《毒理学》开展设计性实验的可行性及效果评价

Feasibility and Effect Evaluation of Designed Experiments in Toxicology Course

以预防医学专业49名本科生为研究对象,在《毒理学》课程实验教学中开展设计性实验,通过问卷调查及小组访谈的形式评价在《毒理学》课程实验教学中开展设计性实验的教学效果及其可行性。问卷及访谈结果表明,该课程的设计性实验可使学生的实验操作技能得到锻炼、科研思维和理论应用实际的能力得到提高,增强相互的交流和协作能力。因此,《毒理学》课程开设设计性实验可行且可获得较好效果。

Taking 49 undergraduates majoring in preventive medicine as the research object, the design experiment was carried out in the experimental teaching of Toxicology course. The teaching effect and feasibility of the design experiment in the experimental teaching of Toxicology course were evaluated by questionnaire survey and group interview. The questionnaire and interview results show that the designed experiment of this course can improve the experimental operation skills, scientific research thinking, theoretical application and practical ability of students, and enhance their mutual communication and cooperation ability. Therefore, it is feasible and effective to set up design experiments in Toxicology course.
