中职美容美体专业文化与企业文化对接存在的问题及策略研究

Research on the Problems and Strategies of the Connection Between Professional Culture of Cosmetology and Body-Care in Secondary Vocational Schools and Corporate Culture

文章从中等职业学校美容美体专业着手,阐述中职专业文化和企业文化的特点及两者相对接的意义和重要性,分析当前专业文化与企业文化对接过程中存在的教师水平参差不齐、学生难以学以致用、中职学校教育偏差等问题,并提出相应的对策建议。

Starting with cosmetology and body-care specialty in secondary vocational schools, this paper expounds the characteristics of the professional culture in secondary vocational schools and enterprise culture and the significance and importance of their connection. It also analyzes the problems existing in the process of the connection between professional culture and enterprise culture, such as the uneven level of teachers, students’ difficulty in learning and applying, and the deviation of secondary vocational school education, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
