对广西南宁市智慧社区构建的思考

Thoughts on the Construction of Intelligent Community in Nanning City, Guangxi

智慧社区既是社区公共治理和公共服务的新模式,也是城市社区未来建设和发展的方向。文章结合广西南宁智慧社区建设的实际,分析南宁市在构建智慧社区中所面临的困境,最后根据智慧社区的构建原则,从多元主体力量、顶层规划、信息化基础建设、文化、人才库、智慧城市与智慧社区联系六个方面提出对策建议,以期能推动南宁市社区更好地向智慧化方向发展。

Intelligent community is not only a new model of community public governance and public service, but also the direction of future construction and development of urban community. This paper combines the reality of the construction of the intelligent community in Nanning, Guangxi, and analyses the difficulties that Nanning faces in building the intelligent community. Finally, according to the construction principle of smart community, it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects: multi-main force, top-level planning, information infrastructure construction, culture, talent pool and the connection between intelligent city and intelligent community, so as to promote the development of Nanning community to be more intelligent.
