摘要
文章针对单立柱巷道式堆垛机在起动、运行、制动过程中产生的机械应力和速度变化给设备带来机械应力过大、定位不准等问题,通过对堆垛机运行时目标距离进行分析判断,提出一种速度优化控制策略。长距离作业时使用S型多分段速度曲线,短距离时采用正弦函数速度曲线,在提高起动和制动速度的同时,使堆垛机速度改变平滑,提高堆垛机运行的稳定性,进而提高生产系统的运行效率。
Aiming at the problems of mechanical stress and speed change in the process of starting, running and braking of single-column roadway stacker, such as excessive mechanical stress and inaccurate positioning, a speed optimization control strategy is proposed by analyzing and judging the target distance of stacker during operation. S type multi-segment velocity curve is used in long-distance operation and sinusoidal function velocity curve is used in short-distance operation. It can improve the starting and braking speed, make the stacker speed change smoothly, improve the stability of stacker operation, and then improve the operation efficiency of production system.
