乌鲁木齐市基层医疗卫生服务设施空间分布特征

Study of Spatial Distribution Characteristics of Primary Medical and Health Service Facilities in Urumqi

目的:研究乌鲁木齐市基层医疗卫生服务设施空间分布特征。方法:借助ArcGIS软件平台,运用核密度分析、最近邻指数与距离分析方法对乌鲁木齐市主城区基层医疗卫生服务设施的空间布局特征进行研究。结果:乌鲁木齐市主城区社区卫生服务中心空间布局整体上呈现较为均衡的状态,而社区卫生服务站在空间上多为聚集状态,空间布局呈现不均衡的分布形态,主要集中在天山区、沙依巴克区,水磨沟区、新市区,与郊区接近的头屯河区状况较好。结论:乌鲁木齐市主城区基层医疗卫生服务设施空间布局呈现"重城心,轻周边"的空间分布特征,人口的高密度加剧了设施的聚集情况,可达性有待提高。

Objective:To study spatial distribution characteristics of primary medical and health service facilities in Urumqi.Methods:With the help of ArcGIS software platform,using nuclear density analysis,nearest neighbor index and distance analysis methods to study the spatial layout characteristics of primary medical and health service facilities in Urumqi.Results:On the whole,the spatial distribution of community health service center in Urumqi City is more balanced,but the community health service stations are mostly clustered in space.The spatial layout presents an unbalanced distribution pattern that mainly concentrated in Tianshan area,Shaybak district,Shuimogou district and new urban area,and the Toutunhe area,which is close to the suburbs,is in good condition.Conclusion:“The heart of the city is more important than the periphery”is the spatial distribution characteristics of primary medical and health service facilities in Urumqi City.The high density of the population increases the concentration of facilities,so the accessibility needs to be improved.
