台州市某三甲医院妊娠期糖尿病孕妇营养知信行情况调查

Investigation of Nutrition Knowledge, Attitude and Practice of Pregnant Women with Gestational Diabetes Mellitus in a Third-Grade Class-A Hospital in Taizhou City

目的:分析台州市某三甲医院妊娠期糖尿病孕妇营养认知、态度和行为。方法:采用方便抽样的方法选取2016年2月-2017年11月妊娠期糖尿病孕妇240例(观察组)以及同期糖耐量正常的孕妇240例(对照组),采取问卷调查法调查孕妇营养知信行情况。结果:观察组孕期营养知信行总分(31.15±2.23)低于对照组(36.73±2.42,P<0.05);两组营养行为差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:了解妊娠期糖尿病孕妇营养认知情况,有利于减少妊娠期糖尿病发病及其近远期不良影响。

Objective:To investigate nutrition knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)of pregnant women with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)in Third-Grade Class-A Hospital in Taizhou City.Methods:Between February 2016 and November 2017,240 cases of GDM and 240 cases of pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance were selected by convenient sampling method and set as observation group and control group respectively.The selected subjects were investigated of nutrition KAP by questionnaire.Results:The nutrition KAP score of the observation group(31.15±2.23)was lower than that of the control group(36.73±2.42,P<0.05).The nutrition behavior status of the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Knowing KAP of the pregnant women with GDM can effectively reduce the short-term and long-term adverse effects of GDM.
