摘要
目的:调查当前医学生对医患关系的认知情况及其对专业学习的影响。方法:使用自制调查问卷对大一至大五共800位医学生进行抽样调查,并用SPSS 22.0对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果:96.5%(普及率)医学生从新闻媒体途径了解医患关系,不同年级医学生对于媒体报道的认知评价存在显著性差异(P<0.01);高、低年级医学生对当前医患紧张程度的评价无显著差异(P>0.05),但高年级医学生对今后医患关系的缓和持更悲观的态度(P<0.05);医患关系紧张程度认知不同的医学生,在职业认同感、学习积极性等方面存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:国家、社会、媒体、学校等多方应从不同角度一起努力降低医学生对医患冲突的焦虑,加强医学生的职业认同感,提高医学生专业学习的积极性。
Objective:To investigate the current medical students'cognition of the relationship between doctors and patients and its impact on professional learning.Methods:A total of 800 medical students from Grade 1 to Grade 5 were sampled using the Self-made Survey Scale Questionnaire,and the results of the questionnaire were statistically analyzed using SPSS 22.0.Results:96.5%(proficiency rate)medical students understand the relationship between doctors and patients from the news media.Medical students in different grades believe that there is a significant difference in the negative impact of media public opinion on the relationship between doctors and patients(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the high and low grade medical students in the current stress level of doctors and patients(P>0.05),but the senior medical students were more pessimistic about the relaxation of the relationship between doctors and patients in the future(P<0.05).Medical students with different understanding of the tension between doctors and patients,There were significant differences in professional identity and learning enthusiasm(P<0.01).Conclusion:Country,society,media,schools and other parties should work together from different angles to reduce the anxiety of medical students on the conflict between doctors and patients,strengthen the professional identity of medical students,and improve the enthusiasm of medical students.
