On the Cultural Logic of Xi Jinping’s Thought of National Governance

国家治理体系和治理能力建设,要发挥文化的作用。习近平治国理政思想的中国特色社会主义文化的基座是"国家富强""民族振兴"和"人民幸福";"共享""交往""对话""实干""创造"的逻辑脉象体现了中国特色社会主义文化时代性与民族性的叠加;在具体实现上,从世界、国家、政党、人民和个人五个维度上赋予丰富的文化意蕴。

Culture should play its role in national governance system and governance capacity building. The foundation of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping’s thought of governance are national prosperity, national rejuvenation, and people’s happiness;its logic of sharing, communication, dialogue, work and creation embodies the superposition of temporal spiritand nationality of the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. In its realization, it demonstrates rich cultural meaning from the following five dimensions: world, country, political party, people and the individual.
