Yangtze River "Purification" Hindrance and Policy Suggestions from the Perspective of Administration

随着长江经济带沿线城市经济的迅猛发展,环境污染问题也越来越突出,党的十九大提出的全面贯彻关于生态文明和美丽中国建设的新时代发展理念,将防治船舶流动污染摆在了整个国家生态文明建设的重要位置,本文将以三峡库区为例,从全面了解三峡库区船舶流动污染现状出发,针对现阶段三峡库区船舶流动污染治理存在的问题,从行政综合治理方面提出治理对策,推进我国内河流域的治污减排工作。

With the rapid development of urban economy along the Yangtze river economic belt,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming increasingly serious.The 19th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the new era development concept of comprehensively implementing ecological civilization and building a beautiful China.And preventing pollution of ship has been placed in an important position in the ecological civilization construction of the whole country.This paper will with the three gorges reservoir as an example,from a comprehensive understanding of situation of flow pollution in this area.In view of the three gorges reservoir flow pollution control problems,and put forward countermeasures from comprehensive administration respect to promote the reduction of the pollution treatment of inland river in China.
