摘要
不锈钢具有良好的耐腐性与延性,为了探究海洋平台新型不锈钢导管腿性能,共进行了5组不同空心率的不锈钢与普通钢管中管混凝土试件的轴压试验对比研究,主要对两种材质试件进行了破坏模式、荷载-位移曲线及荷载-应变曲线的对比。研究表明:不锈钢与普通钢管中管混凝土试件均呈腰鼓型破坏;不锈钢管中管混凝土试件的延性比普通钢管中管混凝土试件的延性好。采用有限元软件ABAQUS对不锈钢管中管混凝土短柱轴压力学性能进行了数值模拟分析,得到的有限元计算值与试验结果吻合良好。
Stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and ductility.In order to explore the performance of a new type of stainless steel tube leg in the offshore platform,a total of 5 groups of stainless steel with different hollow ratios and the axial compression test of tube concrete in ordinary steel pipe are compared.The failure mode,load-displacement curve and load-strain curve of two kinds of material are mainly carried out.The study shows that both the stainless steel and the tube concrete specimens of the ordinary steel tube are all damaged by the waist drum type,and the ductility of the tube concrete specimens in the stainless steel tube is better than that of the concrete tube in the tube.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to simulate the pressure performance of the pipe concrete short column shaft in stainless steel tube.The calculated value of the finite element is in good agreement with the test results.
