摘要
为了克服地下粮仓中所用卷材、涂料、钢板等传统防水方式的不足,提出了聚丙烯塑料板内衬于钢筋混凝土地下粮仓的防水方案,其中聚丙烯塑料板和混凝土板通过圆形聚丙烯塑料棒进行连接。在抗拔试验的基础上,利用有限元软件ABAQUS对不同表面形式的聚丙烯塑料棒在混凝土中的抗拔性能进行了模拟,并与试验结果进行了对比分析。
In order to overcome the flaws of traditional waterproof ways like coiled materials,coating,steel plate and so on,a waterproof plan which uses PP slab as a lining of reinforced concrete underground granary was proposed.PP slab is connected to concrete slab by the round PP bar.Simulations of the pullout performance of PP bar with different formation of surface in concrete were carried on by the finite element analysis software ABAQUS on basis of the pullout experiment.Results of simulations were analyzed and compared with experimental results.It turns out that it is feasible to simulate this PP-concrete combined structure by FEA software ABAQUS.
