平衡测试系统在脑卒中平衡障碍患者中的应用

Applying balance test system to stroke patients with balance disorder

目的:探讨Tecnobody PK254P平衡测试系统应用于脑卒中平衡障碍患者的效果。方法:选取2016年7月~2018年5月在无锡市同仁康复医院康复科住院进行康复的脑卒中偏瘫患者80例,采用双盲、随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组实施传统平衡功能锻炼,观察组采用Tecnobody PK254P平衡测试系统进行训练,对比两组训练后平衡功能恢复情况。结果:观察组干预后Berg平衡评分高于对照组;两组干预后的睁眼及闭眼轨迹长度、外周面积均优于干预前,且观察组较对照组更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Tecnobody PK254P平衡系统应用于脑卒中患者的康复训练可明显提高平衡功能,改善步行能力,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the efficacy of Tecnobody PK254P balance test system in patients of stroke with balance disorder. Methods: Eighty-eight patients with hemiplegia from stroke,undergoing rehabilitation in our division,were included from July 2016 to May 2018,and divided into observational group and control group using double-blind,randomized digital table method( n= 40 for each group).Patients in the control group received conventional balance functional exercise,and those in the observational group were managed with Tecnobody PK254P balance test system.Then the two groups were compared concerning the recovery of balance function. Results: Berg balance scoring was higher in the observational group than in the control group following intervention.Trajectory length and peripheral area were improved in patients in the two groups after intervention,yet the improvement was better in observational group than in control gorup ( P< 0.05). Conclusion: Tecnobody PK254P balance system is worthy of clinical recommendation,for it can be used to improve the balance function and walking ability in rehabilitation training of patients with stroke.
