Imoove多功能康复治疗改善脑卒中患者步态的疗效观察

Clinical outcomes of Imoove multifunctional rehabilitation device in improving the gait of patients with stroke

目的:探讨Imoove多功能康复仪改善脑卒中患者步态的临床疗效。方法:选取符合纳入标准的患者60例随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组采用传统步行功能训练;治疗组采用Imoove多功能康复仪治疗。治疗前后两组均采用步态分析与训练系统对患者步态进行功能评定。结果:经过8周的治疗,治疗组的前足平均压力、后足平均压力、总压力值、步长、站立相时间、步速等数据均得到改善(P<0.05),步宽的前后数据对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后的前足平均压力、总压力值、步速等数据对比,治疗组均有提高(P<0.05)。结论:Imoove多功能康复治疗仪在改善脑卒中患者步态方面优于传统的步行功能训练,但不能完全替代。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Imoove multifunctional rehabilitation instrument in improving the gait of patients with stroke. Methods: Sixty eligible patients were equally randomized into 2 groups. Patients in the control group received conventional training of walking function, and those in the treatment group were managed with Imoove multi-functional rehabilitation device. The gait analysis and training system were used to evaluate the changes of gait in two groups before and after treatment. Results: After consecutive 8 weeks of treatment, patients in the treatment group were significantly improved in average pressure at both forefoot and hind foot, total pressure value, step length, standing phase time and step speed( P <0.05), yet the step width had no difference before and after treatment ( P >0.05). The average pressure at the forefoot, total pressure and walking speed were better in treatment group than in control group( P <0.05). Conclusion: Imoove multifunctional rehabilitation instrument is superior to conventional training of walking in improving gait of stroke patients, yet it cannot be alternative for such training.
