摘要
目的:探索巴林特小组对心理学研究生自我觉察、人际交往能力和自我效能感的干预作用。方法:将13名心理学研究生作为研究组,对他们进行为期9周的巴林特小组的干预,同时将另外20名心理学研究生作为对照组,不予干预。分别用自我觉察、人际交往能力和一般自我效能感量表进行施测,比较前后差异。结果:干预前后研究组在自我觉察、人际交往能力及一般自我效能感的总体评定方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组差异均无统计学意义;干预后研究组与对照组在自我觉察方面的差异有统计学意义。结论:巴林特小组可以有效提高心理学研究生自我觉察、人际交往能力和自我效能感。
Objective: To investigate the role of Balint groups in improving the self-awareness,interpersonal skills and self-efficacy of postgraduates majoring in psychology. Methods :Thirteen graduate students majoring in psychology were recruited as study subjects(study group),and another 20 postgraduates of psychology were as controls(control group).Students in the study group were given Balint group intervention for 9 consecutive weeks,and those in the control group were free of any intervention.Then the two groups were compared concerning the improvement on self-awareness,interpersonal skills and general self-efficacies measured by the scales before and after intervention. Results :The difference was significant in self-awareness,interpersonal skills and general self-efficacies for study subjects before and after intervention( P< 0.05),yet insignificant for the controls.Self-awareness was greatly improved in students in the study group following intervention. Conclusion :Baling groups may effectively improve the self-awareness,interpersonal skills and self-efficacy for postgraduates majoring in psychology.
