随着智能化技术的发展,管理者对工人劳动过程的控制方式也发生改变。以轨道交通行业为例,智能化技术中的劳动控制具有心理控制与实时控制的特点。一方面,工人的工作主要是监屏和应急情况的处理,工作十分依赖工人的心理状态。同时,工人面临着等待带来的无聊感与未知带来的压力。因此,管理者会通过选拔时的心理测试,谈心谈话制度,心理关怀与鼓励对工人进行心理控制。另一方面,智能化技术既具有实时监控的功能,又具有牵一发而动全身的特点。因此,管理者会通过对工人工作状态的实时监控以及信息化追责机制对工人进行实时控制。

With the development of intelligent technology,the labor control ways have changed too.Using the case of rail transit industry as a case,the labor control under intelligent technology has the character of psychological control and real-time control.One one hand,the worker's main work is monitoring screen and dealing with emergency.The work relies on worker's psychological status.At the same time,the workers face boredom from waiting and pressure from uncertainty.So the manager will use the ways of psychological test in selection,heart-to-heart talk system,psychological care and encouragement to realize the psychological control of workers.One the other hand,the intelligent technology has the function of real-time monitoring,and the intelligent technology has the character of a slight move in one part and may affect the situation as a whole.So the real-time technology is used to monitor the workers'condition,and the information accountability mechanism is used to realize real-time control of workers.
