社会力量设奖是科技社团的一项重要社会职能,是科技社团参与国家创新治理的实现途径和模式之一。该文采用文献调研法、访谈调研法和国际比较法,对美国、英国、日本国家级规划科技社团设立的重大科技奖励进行梳理,提炼了国际知名规划科技奖励在提名规则、评审流程、评价标准、宣传推广等方面的先进经验,对于我国科技社团自主设立学科或行业特色鲜明的科技奖励,提升中国科技社团科技奖项的国际化水平具有重要的参考价值。

Scientific societies are an important force participating in national governance,especially by way of setting up scientific awards.By using the methods of literature research,experts interview and international comparison,this essay combs the major scientific and technological awards of the national scientific associations in the United States,U.K.and Japan from the aspects of the awards’sub categories,nomination rules,the review process and evaluation standards,the media and promotion measures.This paper abstracts the advanced experience of international planning scientific awards.It has important reference value to strive and improve the overall quality of awards,to further enhance the international influence of awards set up by Chinese scientific and technological societies.
