摘要
传统的电动汽车行驶过程中,只依靠位置传感器获得电机的转速、角度等信息。若在行驶途中传感器发生故障,会导致车辆失去动力,进而引起车辆失控,存在极大的安全隐患,不满足国家对车辆功能安全的要求。针对此问题,在传统的基于位置传感器和转子信息检测的基础上又引入了滑模观测器估算电机转子的角度,当电机位置传感器发生故障时,将滑模观测器估算的角度值作为控制变量参与电机控制,改进后的算法在位置传感器故障时能正常工作,及时提供准确的转子信息,避免汽车突然失去动力而造成安全隐患,极大地提高了汽车的安全性能,符合国家对汽车功能安全的需求。
In the driving process of a conventional electric vehicle,only the position sensor is used to obtain information,such as the rotational speed and angle of the motor.If the sensor fails during driving,it will cause the vehicle to lose power,which will cause the vehicle to lose control.There is a great potential safety hazard and it does not meet the national requirements for vehicle safety.In view of this problem,based on the traditional position sensor detection and detection of rotor information,a sliding observer was introduced to estimate the angle of the motor rotor.When the motor position sensor fails,the angle value estimated by the sliding observer was used as the control variable to participate in the motor control.The improved algorithm can work normally when the position sensor fails,to provide accurate rotor information in time,and avoid the security risks caused by the sudden loss of power of the vehicle,which greatly improves the safety performance of the car,and meets the country’s demand for automotive functional safety.
