汽车车身控制单元软件可靠性测试研究

摘要 汽车车身控制单元集成中控锁、内外灯控制、雨刮控制、发动机防盗、RKE等功能,其软、硬件复杂程度不断提高,使得车身控制单元的测试难度不断增加,仅靠传统的I/O输入输出信号测试,已经无法探测深层次的软件缺陷。由于软件测试验证不充分,很多国产车型上市后,车身控制单元出现了各种各样偶发性问题,轻微时会造成局部功能暂时失灵,严重时会造成某些功能彻底失灵或功能错乱,例如车门无法打开、电池亏电等,严重影响车辆的正常使用。针对以上问题,以车身控制单元的RF模块为例,引入软件可靠性测试系统分析方法,通过开展有针对性系统压力测试,可以快速验证产品软件的可靠性和强壮性。 The body control module integrates center lock,internal and external light,wiper,engine anti-theft system and RKE,and so on.The complexity degree of software and hardware is improving continuously,so the test difficulty is increasing incessantly.Just relying on I/O signal test,it’s already unable to found the deep software defects.Due to inadequate software testing,when a lot of domestic cars come into the market,the body control module appears all kinds of accidental errors,and the slight defects can cause some functions temporary failure,and the serious fault can cause some functions completely failure or disorder,for example,the user can’t open the door,the battery losts electricity and so on,seriously affecting the use of vehicle.For the above problems,the RF module of body control module was taken as an example to introduce the software reliability test system analysis method.By conducting customized system stress test,the reliability and strong stability of software products can be verified quickly.
