某车型前减振器异响分析与优化

摘要 针对某车型在经过双凸包限速路障工况下出现的冲击异响问题,通过主观评价和客观数据测量,确认了异响源来自前减振器,并判断根本原因是车轮下跳极限时由路面的巨大冲击引起活塞杆不正常振动,该振动经减振器上支撑传递至车身引起车身共振从而产生异响。对此提出了3种减振器优化方案,并将优化后的减振器装到车上进行同样工况的试验,异响问题得以解决。通过3种优化方案的对比分析,最后选择液压缓冲块的方案,在解决异响的前提下达到成本最优,并通过整车耐久路试验证了该方案的可靠性。 In view of the impact abnormal sound problem of a vehicle passing through a double convex hull speed-limiting roadblock,subjective evaluation and objective data measurement were carried out,and it was confirmed that the abnormal noise source came from the front shock absorber.The fundamental reason of abnormal noise is that the huge impact of the road surface when the wheel jumps down the limit causes the abnormal vibration of the piston rod,and the vibration is transmitted to the body through the topmount of shock absorber,causing the body resonance to produce abnormal noise.Therefore,three optimization schemes of shock absorber were put forward,and the optimized shock absorber was assembled on the vehicle to test under the same working condition.The test results show that the problem of abnormal noise is solved.Through the comparison of three optimization schemes,the scheme of hydraulic buffer block is selected finally,and the cost is optimized on the premise of solving abnormal noise.The reliability of the scheme is verified by the vehicle durable road test.
