摘要
在本田节能车大赛中,比赛队伍采用的双点火系统只能同时点火,不能随工况变化而改变点火顺序,增加了发动机爆燃倾向,使得发动机积碳严重、油耗增加。针对这一情形,设计智能顺序点火系统,它可随工况负荷变化改变火花塞的点火次序,降低发动机爆燃倾向,提高发动机的动力性和经济性,使得赛车的油耗减少,从而能够取得更好的成绩。
In the Honda energy-saving car competition,the dual ignition system used by the competition team can only ignite at the same time.The ignition sequence cannot be changed with the change of working conditions,which increases the tendency of the engine to deflagrate,resulting in serious carbon deposition and increased fuel consumption.In this case,the intelligent sequential ignition system was designed to change the ignition order of the spark plugs according to the load changes of the working conditions,reduce the tendency of the engine to deflagrate,improve the engine power and economy,and reduce the fuel consumption of the car,so as to achieve better results.
