摘要
针对某超超临界1 000 MW汽轮机再热阀组阀盖螺栓"家族性"断裂问题,分析了GH783螺栓材料特性及断裂特征,提出了对GH783螺栓现场检修工艺的优化改进措施,可有效防止螺栓裂纹源的产生,避免过早出现脆性断裂,延长GH783螺栓的使用寿命。
Aiming at the familial fracture of bonnet bolts of some ultra-supercritical 1000 MW steam turbine reheat valve set,the material characteristics and fracture characteristics of the GH783 bolt are analyzed and the optimization of GH783 bolts on-site maintenance process is proposed.This new method can prevent the generation of bolt crack source effectively and avoid premature brittle fracture,which extending the service life of GH783 bolts.
