内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病处理的观察

Observation on the treatment of nasal disease during endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy

目的观察慢性泪囊炎患者行内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病的处理的效果。方法2017年6月至2018年3月我院慢性泪囊炎鼻内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术34例(34眼),其中伴鼻中隔偏曲者6例术中联合鼻中隔矫正手术,伴鼻腔息肉者12例联合鼻息肉切除,鼻窦炎者16例联合鼻窦开放手术。术后随访6个月。结果治愈30例,好转2例,无效2例,总有效率为94.12%。所有病例均未见严重并发症。结论内窥镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术中鼻部疾病的处理治疗慢性泪囊炎效果良好。

Objective To observe the efficacy of nasal diseases treatment during endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis. Methods The data of 34 eyes of 34 cases with chronic dacryocystitis from Jun. 2017 to Mar. 2018 were analyzed retrospectively. All patients underwent endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy. There were 6 patients with nasal septum deviation who underwent nasal septum correction during dacryocystorhinostomy, 12 patients with nasal polyp who un(leiwent polyp resection, and 16 patients with sinusitis who underwent endoscopic sinus surgery. The follow-up time was 6 months postoperatively. The efficacy of surgery was observed. Results Thirty cases were cured, 2 cases were improved, 2 cases were not cured. The total effective rate was 94. 12%. No serious complication occurred. Conclusion The treatment of nasal diseases during endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy for chronic dacryocystitis is effective.
