手术室6-∑DMAIC流程管理模式在眼科手术护理管理中的应用

Application of 6-∑ DMAIC model in ophthalmic nursing management in operating room

目的分析6-∑ DMAIC流程管理模式在手术室眼科护理管理中应用的价值。方法以2016年1月至2017年12月我院眼科手术178例作为研究对象,按入院时间分为两组,对照组采用常规护理管理,研究组采用6-∑ DMAIC流程管理模式。对比两组患者护理效果和护理满意度及此管理模式实施前后手术室眼科护理质量及护士工作满意度c结果研究组患者术前术中用药交接核查质量、安全转运交接率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),不良事件发生率为3.37%明显低于对照组的13.48%(P<0.05),护理满意度为95.51%明显高于对照组的83.15%(P<0.05),实施此管理模式后护士护理质量评分明显高于实施前(P<0.05),工作满意度为97.30%明显高于实施前的78.38%(P<0.05)。结论6-∑ DMAIC流程管理模式在手术室眼科护理管理中应用不仅能提高患者护理效果及满意度,同时也提高了护士护理质量和满意度。

Objective To analyze the value of application of 6-∑ DMAIC management model in operating room in ophthalmic nursing managemenl. Methods A total of 178 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from Jan. 2016 to Dec. 2017 were enrolled. They were divided into two groups according to admission time. The control group was treated with routine nursing management. The study group received 6-∑ DMAIC process management model. The patient care effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. The quality of the ophthalmic nursing and the job satisfaction of nurses between before and after application of 6-∑ DMAIC model were compared. Results The quality of the drug delivery and the safe transfer rate of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ). The incidence of adverse events in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (13. 48%)( P < 0. 05 ). The satisfaction rate in the study group was 95.51%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group ( 83. 15%)( P < 0. 05 ). After application of 6-∑ DMAIC process management model, the nursing quality score was significantly higher than that before application ( P < 0. 05 ). The job satisfaction after application was 97. 30%,and 78. 38% before application,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of 6-∑ DMAIC process management model in ophthalmic nursing management in operating room can not only improve patient care effect and satisfaction, but also improve the quality and satisfaction of nurses.
