Structure and mechanical properties of bio-loased polybutylene succinate fiber

摘要 为进一步优化工业化PBS纤维的纺丝工艺,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射法测试PBS短纤和长丝的形态结构以及聚集态结构,分析其力学性能。结果表明,PBS长丝和短纤结晶度较低,个别纤维的纵向表面存在瑕疵,长丝的聚集态结构具有非常高的取向度,但短纤的取向度很低;PBS长丝和短纤的初始模量较低,其断裂强度分别为2.46 cN/dtex和2.69 cN/dtex,PBS短纤平均断裂伸长率高达281.13%,且不匀率很高;PBS长丝定伸长10%循环拉伸10次时,其弹性恢复率高达96.72%,与同类聚酯涤纶纤维相比具有优越的弹性回复性能。 To further optimize the industrial spinning technology of polybutylene succinate(PBS)fiber,the morphological and the aggregation structure of PBS staple fibers and filaments were analyzed by the scanning electron microscope(SEM),X-ray diffraction experiments.The mechanical properties of PBS fibers were also investigated.The results show that the crystallinity of both PBS staple fibers and filaments is relatively low.There are a few flows on the longitude surface of the individual PBS staple fibers and filaments.The aggregation structure of PBS filaments has a very higher orientation,but the orientation of PBS staple fibers is very low.Both PBS staple fibers and filaments possess a lower initial modulus,and the breaking tenacity is 2.46 cN/dtex and 2.69 cN/dtex respectively.The average elongation at break of PBS staple fibers is 281.13% and it is more uneven.When the PBS filament is stretched 10% at a constant elongation for 10 cycles,its elastic recovery rate is as high as 96.72%,indicating that compared with the same kind of polyester fiber,it has superior elastic recovery properties.
