摘要
为提高涤棉窗帘的阻燃性,采用正交层次分析法,计算刮涂压强、烘焙温度、烘焙时间三因素对极限氧指数的影响权重,得到最优工艺参数组合。结果表明,烘焙温度是影响涤棉织物阻燃性的主要因素,刮涂压强是次要因素,烘焙时间对涤棉织物的阻燃性影响最小。最优工艺参数组合为:刮涂压强0.15 MPa,烘焙时间2.5 min,烘焙温度160℃。
In order to improve the flame retardant property of polyester/cotton curtain,orthogonal analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was adopted to calculate the influence weight of three factors,namely scraping pressure,baking temperature and baking time,on the limiting oxygen index,and to obtain the optimal combination of process parameters.The results show that the baking temperature is the main factors influencing the flame retardant polyester/cotton fabric,coating pressure is the secondary factors,and baking time′s effect is minimal.The optimal process parameters include 0.15 MPa coating pressure,2.5 min baking time and 160 ℃ baking temperature.
