镍矿渣替代机制砂的试验研究

Experimental Study on the Application of Nickel Slag Instead of Mechanism Sand

摘要 对镍矿渣进行了物理性能与化学成分分析,研究了镍矿渣配制砂浆的体积稳定性,不同比例的镍矿渣替代机制砂对砂浆流动度与强度的影响,结果表明镍矿渣不存在有害膨胀,替代比例为30%时,砂浆流动度与强度提升最大。 The basic physical and chemical properties of the nickel slag were tested,The volume stability of nickel slag mortar and the effects of different proportions of nickel slag replacing mechanism sand on the fluidity and strength of mortar were studied.The results show that nickel slag does not have harmful expansion,when the substitution ratio is 30%,the mortar fluidity and strength increase the most.
