Experimental study on fracture properties of recycled aggregate concrete

摘要 采用三点弯曲法对再生混凝土的断裂性能进行试验研究,研究了再生骨料取代率、水灰比和养护龄期对断裂能和断裂韧度的影响规律。结果表明:再生骨料的使用会降低再生混凝土的断裂性能,100%取代天然骨料时,再生混凝土的断裂能比普通混凝土低4.1%~9.5%,断裂韧度比普通混凝土低2.7%~10.4%。与普通混凝土相比,再生混凝土的断裂韧度对水灰比更加敏感。再生混凝土的断裂性能随着养护龄期的增加而提高,且龄期越长,增加速度越慢。 The fracture properties of recycled aggregate concrete(RAC)are studied by the method of three-point bending experiment.The effects of replacement ratio of recycle aggregate,water-cement ratio and hydration age on fracture properties of the fracture energy and fracture toughness of RAC are also investigated.The results show that the use of recycled aggregate can reduce the fracture properties of RAC.When the replacement ratio of recycled aggregate is 100%,the fracture energy of RAC is 4.1%~9.5%lower than that of ordinary concrete,and the fracture toughness is 2.7%~10.4%lower than that.Compared with ordinary concrete,the fracture toughness of RAC is more sensitive to water-cement ratio.With the increase of hydration age,the fracture properties of RAC can be improved,but with the increase of age,this effect of improvement will slow down.
