某工程42m跨屋面桁架结构组合式高空安装施工技术

摘要 某工程屋面钢梁连体桁架跨度达42 m,宽度16 m,总重量约1 100 t,且要在47.05~56.20 m高空处进行安装,重量巨大,设计要求高,安装施工难度大,施工中采用汽车吊在楼面自由行走进行吊装,为了减少大型吊装设备使用,卸载完成后采用汽车吊把标高56.2 m钢梁吊装至51.05 m钢梁上,采用人工捯链提升,低成本、高效优质地完成了该大跨度钢梁的安装任务。 The steel truss of a project roof has a span of 42 m,a width of 16 m and a total weight of about 1,100 t.It is installed at an altitude of 47.05 m to 56.20 m.It has a large weight,high design requirements and considerable difficulty in installation and construction.In the construction,the car is suspended from the floor and freely hoisted.In order to reduce the use of the large hoisting equipment,after the unloading is completed,the 56.2 m steel beam with the car hoist is hoisted to the 51.05 m steel beam,and the artificial shackle is used for lifting.The installation task of the large span steel beam is completed with low cost,high efficiency and high quality.
