摘要
介绍了某±800 kV换流站调相机定子吊装方案,该方案使用液压提升装置及配套吊装构架;阐述了吊装构架设计要求并对其吊装时的受力进行了分析。实际应用表明,钢索式液压提升装置具有起重能力大、结构紧凑和自动闭锁等优点,非常适合调相机定子等设备的吊装工作,对同类型的吊装方案设计具有一定的参考价值。
This paper introduces the hoisting scheme for a ± 800 kV converter station synchronous condenser stator,which uses hydraulic hoisting device and its matching hoisting framework.And it describes the design requirements of hoisting framework,and makes mechanical analysis for hoisting framework.The practical application results show that the steel wire-type hydraulic hoisting device has some characteristics,such as large lifting capacity,compact structure and coupler lock,which is very suitable for the hoisting work of condenser stators.It provides some references for the same type hoisting scheme designing.
