摘要
应急柴油发电机组作为核电厂重要应急设施,其可靠性直接影响到核电机组的安全稳定运行。分析了空气分配器传动链连接件错位故障的处理过程;结合对柴油机机体结构的理解,确定了导致空气分配器传动链连接件错位的根本原因;通过对损坏部件进行升级更换,解决了由于空气分配器传动链连接件错位造成柴油机无法启动的故障,确保了柴油发电机组的安全稳定运行。
The emergency diesel generator set is an important emergency facility for nuclear power plants,and its reliability directly affects the safe and stable operation of nuclear power plants.This paper analyzes the treatment process of the misalignment fault of the driving chain connector,and combined with the understanding of the diesel generator structure,it finds out the root cause of the misalignment.By upgrading and replacing the damaged components,the fault caused by the driving chain connector misalignment is solved,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the emergency diesel generator.
