摘要
可编程逻辑控制器品牌多样,通讯协议繁杂。红外温度传感器无法以通讯方式适用于不同品牌可编程逻辑控制器。红外温度传感器当前多采用模拟量输出方式应用于工业现场。设计了一种可通过上位机进行离线编程,更改温度传感器内部通讯协议、通讯参数的设计方案,实现了温度传感器与多种品牌可编程逻辑控制器通讯的功能。工业现场应用表明该传感器具有检测精度高、响应速度快、适用范围广等优点。
In this paper,a design scheme of changing the internal communication protocol and communication parameters of temperature sensor by off-line programming with upper computer is designed.The temperature sensor can communicate with many brands of PLC.The industrial application shows that the sensor has the advantages of high detection accuracy,fast response and wide application range.
