Optimal Sizing and Placement of Distributed Generation Using Genetic Algorithm Based on Time-sequence Characteristic

摘要 针对分布式电源接入配电网进行选址定容规划。考虑了风速、光照不确定性及相关性,基于实测数据,应用ARMA模型对三者进行了数据模拟;构建了以功率损耗最小、运行风险最小为目标,计及不确定性、相关性的机会约束多目标规划模型,以具有精英保留策略的遗传算法,对模型进行了求解,获得时序特性下的规划结果。 This paper focuses on optimal sizing and placement of DG accessed to distribution system.Considering wind speed and light intensity change with location and time,simulation data are carried out based on actual data by auto regressive moving average model.For the simulation data is in chronological order,the uncertainty is in consideration.For the simulation data is in time sequence,the correlation is also in consideration.Thus a multi-objective optimization model for loss reduction and voltage profile improvement can be proposed,considering the uncertainty and the correlation between wind power and photovoltaics.Genetic algorithm with elite retention is used to get the optimal sizing.
