摘要
铁路牵引变压器实际负荷率大多在0.3以下,远低于正常负荷率为0.5及以上的标准,称为低负荷率运行条件。通过分析4种典型牵引负荷曲线在正常负荷率与低负荷率2种运行条件下的牵引变压器过负荷能力,验证了低负荷率运行时牵引变压器具有更高的过载能力,但是针对不同的负荷曲线,其过载能力差异很大,曲线1与曲线3可提高至正常过负荷能力的1.25~1.56倍,而曲线2与曲线4则提升不明显,这为合理选择牵引变压器的安装容量提供了参考依据。
The actual load rate of railway traction transformer is mostly below 0.3,far below the normal load rate standard of 0.5 and above,which is called low load operation condition.By analyzing the overload capacity of four typical traction load curves under normal load rate and low load rate,it was proved that traction transformers had higher overload capacity under low load rate operation,but for different load curves,their overload capacity varies greatly.Curve 1 and curve 3 could be increased to 1.25 to 1.56 times of normal overload capacity,while curve 2 and curve 4 could not obviously improved,which provides a reference basis for reasonable selection of installed capacity of traction transformers.
