中车1000 A/3300 V IGBT在城轨牵引系统上的应用

摘要 阐述了中车TIM1000NSM33 IGBT在无锡地铁2号线牵引系统上推广应用的背景,从IGBT技术路线、牵引系统选型设计方面,对国产器件替代国外器件应用进行了可行性与可靠性对比分析。结果表明,中车1 000A/3 300V IGBT由于采用了升级的技术路线,总体性能相当,部分指标超越,符合替代要求。此外,对国产IGBT器件装车考核时出现的应用问题进行了详细分析,提出了有效的解决措施,使得国产化IGBT成功应用到无锡地铁上,并顺利推广应用到其他项目与领域。 The background of the application of the CRRC TIM1000 NSM33 IGBT on the traction system of Wuxi metro line2 was expounded.The feasibility and reliability of the device substitution were compared and analyzed from the aspects of IGBT technology route and traction system selection design.The results show that,for having adopted the upgraded technology route,the performance,index and reliability of the independent IGBT are higher than the original imported brands and meet the substitution requirements.In addition,the application problems of domestic IGBT devices in vehicle loading assessment were analyzed in detail,and effective measures were put forward to make the domestic IGBT successfully applied to Wuxi metro,and extended to other projects and fields.
