“短视频+”环境下主流意识形态场域转换的思考

Thoughts on the Transposition of Mainstream Ideology Fields in the “Short Video+” Environment

近两年,以亚文化为传播主流的短视频呈爆发式增长,主流意识形态正面临被边缘化的境地,"短视频+政务公号"模式则成功开启了主流意识形态从传统传播场域到移动新媒介的转换。目前,"短视频+"环境下的主流意识形态场域转化态势良好,但仍面临移动网络中社会主流意识形态失语、移动媒介背后复杂的经济力量和短视频自身的弊端等诸多因素的制约。新形势下,很有必要对主流意识形态的阵地建设、监管引导、传播机理和法治建设进行由地缘政治向网络政治延伸的路径探索。

In the past two years,short videos with subculture as main contents have increased tremendously,while the mainstream ideology has been reduced to marginalization.The model of“short video plus government official accounts” successfully starts the transformation of the mainstream ideology from the traditional communication field to the mobile new media.At present,there is good momentum for the mainstream ideology field transformation in the context of “short video plus”.Nevertheless,it still faces many constraints,such as the aphasia of the social mainstream ideology in the mobile network,the complex economic powers behind the mobile media,and the shortcomings of the short video itself.Under the new situation,it is necessary to explore the way of extending the mainstream ideology from geopolitics to network politics in terms of position construction,supervision and guidance,mechanism of communication as well as the construction of rule of law.
