白内障超声乳化术后干眼应用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠的药物疗效

The therapeutic effect of praprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of cataract phacoemulsification

目的:观察白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者应用普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液的药物疗效。方法:选取白内障超声乳化术后干眼患者72例126眼,按患者就诊顺序随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组36例63只眼。对照组单纯予以玻璃酸钠滴眼液,观察组在此基础上加用普拉洛芬。比较两组临床疗效以及治疗前后角膜荧光素染色情况(FL)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)及泪液分泌试验(SIT)情况,同时比较两组各时点的干眼症状评分。结果:观察组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后,观察组BUT、SIT均显著高于对照组,而FL低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组干眼症状评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:普拉洛芬联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼疗效确切,可有效抑制炎性反应,缓解患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops for the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification.Metliod 72 patients(126 eyes)with dry eye after phacoemulsification in our hospital were selected.The patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the observation group according to the patient,s treatment order.36 cases 63 eyes in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was added with pranoprofen.The clinical efficacy,corneal fluorescein staining(FL),break-up time(BUT),and Schirmer I test(SIT)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.At the time of dry eye symptom score.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the BUT and SIT of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group,while the FL was lower than the control group(P<0.01).The dry eye symptom scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The efficacy of pranoprofen combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye ater phacoemulsification is effective,and it can effectively inhibit inflammation and relieve clinical symptoms.
