床上蹬车联合无创辅助通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺源性心脏病的效果分析

The result analyzing of treatment COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease by pedaling in bed unite non-invasive auxiliary ventilation

目的:探讨床上蹬车联合无创辅助通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺源性心脏病的效果情况。方法:选取2017年6月～2018年6月收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺源性心脏病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例。观察两组患者氧分压、二氧化碳分压、乳酸、红细胞压积、BNP情况。结果:研究组患者氧分压高于对照组,二氧化碳分压、乳酸、红细胞压积、BNP均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:床上蹬车联合无创辅助通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并肺源性心脏病患者,降低住院成本,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To approach result of treatment COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease by pedaling in bed unite non-invasive auxiliary ventilation.Method 60 cases clinical data of COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease patients in our hospital from June 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research object,they were divided into two group control group 30 cases and research group 30 cases by random paper method.The hospital days、respiratory using days、hospital costs、PaO2、PaCO2、blood lactate、BNPof two group patients were detected.Results The PaO2 of research group patients were higher than control group,PaCO2、blood lactate、PCV、BNP were lower than control group,the difference were statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment COPD combined with pulmonary heart disease patients by pedaling in bed unite non-invasive auxiliary ventilation,which could increase recovery success rate,decrease hospital costs,it is worth to be used.
