肺康复强化护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者CAT评分的影响观察

Effect of intensive nursing intervention on CAT score of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:观察肺康复强化护理干预对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者CAT评分的影响。方法:随机抽取慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者86例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组(43例)、干预组(43例),对照组应用常规护理,干预组应用常规护理+肺康复强化护理干预,分析两组患者CAT评分、肺功能。结果:CAT评分对比显示干预组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺功能对比显示干预组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者实施肺康复强化护理干预,可以降低患者CAT评分、改善症状及肺功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of intensive nursing intervention on CAT score in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Method 86 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly selected and divided into control group(43 cases)and intervention group(43 cases)according to the random digital table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the intervention group received routine nursing plus pulmonary rehabilitation intensive nursing intervention.The CAT score and lung function of the two groups were analyzed.Results CAT score comparison showed that the intervention group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the lung function comparison showed that the intervention group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pulmonary rehabilitation intensive nursing intervention for patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can reduce the CAT score,improve the symptoms and lung function of the pa-tients.It is worthy of clinical application.
